Terms of Service

By using aa32 ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

aa32 provides online utilities (file conversion, calculators, developer tools) and LLM rankings/content. Most tools are free and run in your browser; some features require a paid subscription.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, or infringing
• Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
• Don't process files you have no right to process
• Automated use is allowed only within published rate limits or via a paid API plan

Your content

You retain all rights to files you process. We claim no ownership and grant ourselves only the minimal, temporary right to process files you submit to server-side tools, solely to provide the Service.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record (they handle VAT/sales tax)
• Refunds: contact us within 14 days of a charge if something went wrong — we're reasonable

Rankings & content disclaimer

LLM rankings aggregate third-party public data (LMArena, OpenRouter) on a best-effort basis, refreshed daily. Figures may lag or contain errors from upstream sources — verify critical numbers with the provider before purchasing decisions.

No warranty / liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aa32 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
